In-Store Policy
Final Sale Policy

All in-store purchases are FINAL SALE due to hygiene, customization, and the medical nature of our products. This includes:
Wigs and cranial prostheses
Hair extensions, bundles, closures, frontals
Hair toppers
Custom units and special orders
No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and are required to begin any custom unit or special order. The remaining balance must be paid before the unit is released.
Fittings, Cuts & Styling
Once a wig or unit has been cut, styled, installed, or altered, it is considered accepted and final. No adjustments, refunds, or replacements will be made afterward.
Pickup Policy
Completed orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification. Items not picked up after 30 days may be considered abandoned and are subject to resale without refund.
Remakes & Adjustments
If an issue is reported before the unit leaves the store, we will assess and may offer minor adjustments at our discretion. Once the item leaves the premises, it is considered accepted.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee a purchase. They cover professional time, assessment, and customization planning.
Respectful Conduct
We are committed to providing compassionate, respectful service. Any harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward staff will result in immediate refusal of service.
